Learn With Moshio courses, class videos, lesson notes, assignments, exams, certificates templates, worksheets and related educational materials are proprietary. Students receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access assigned materials through the Student Portal for learning purposes only.

• No redistribution, resale, public upload or classroom mirroring without written permission
• No recording, screen-capture redistribution or shared account access for commercial gain
• Institutional licences require a separate written agreement

Documents, Logos, Graphics & Brand Identity

Corporate logos, wordmarks, trade dress, brand colour systems, stationery designs, certificates of authenticity and official graphics identifying Imran Ahmed Moshio, Learn With Moshio, Imran Ahmed Moshio Enterprise, or IMRAN AHMED MOSHIO LLC are protected. Unauthorised logo use, lookalike branding or confusingly similar designs is prohibited.

Website Design, Software & Source Code

Frontend and backend software, source code, database schemas we authored, automation scripts, admin tooling and custom modules of the Business Platform remain our intellectual property, except for third-party open-source components which remain under their respective licences. Clients receive only the rights expressly granted in their statement of work.

Commercial Usage

Commercial reuse of our content—including white-labelling courses, republishing guides, embedding our videos, cloning site designs or selling derivatives—requires prior written authorisation from IMRAN AHMED MOSHIO. Attribution alone is not a licence.

Unauthorised Reproduction & Legal Consequences

Unauthorised copying, scraping, mirroring, reverse engineering (where prohibited), piracy or commercial exploitation may result in account suspension, DMCA/platform notices, civil claims (including proceedings before the United States Copyright Claims Board where applicable) and other remedies available under Bangladesh law, United States copyright law and other jurisdictions. We preserve evidence and pursue enforcement proportionate to the harm.
