Imran Ahmed Moshio — Google Business Profile Manager helps authorized businesses access Google Business Profile information, organize review records, assess potential policy violations against Google’s published review policies, and track cases. It supports professional client assistance—it does not replace Google’s moderation systems and does not automatically remove legitimate negative feedback.

How client support works

Our typical assisted workflow includes:

• 1. Client intake and authorization — confirm business identity and obtain authorization to act on the client’s behalf where required.
• 2. Review link collection and validation — gather review URLs or references and confirm they relate to the correct Business Profile.
• 3. Business location identification — identify the correct Google Business Profile location(s) authorized by the client.
• 4. Policy assessment — compare the review content and context against Google’s publicly documented review policies (for example spam, fake content, conflicts of interest, off-topic content, or other listed violations).
• 5. Evidence collection — assemble screenshots, links, timestamps, and other supporting materials the client can use.
• 6. Official reporting and appeal assistance — help the client prepare and submit reports or appeals through Google’s official channels.
• 7. Case status monitoring — track submitted cases and recorded outcomes.
• 8. Client updates and reports — provide status updates and downloadable summaries where available in the engagement.
• 9. Outcome verification — confirm whether Google has recorded a change; Google’s decision is final for platform moderation.

Important limitations

Google controls review moderation decisions and processing timelines. There is no public Google API that this application uses to bulk-submit review-removal reports or to delete third-party reviews automatically. We will not claim that policy-violating content is guaranteed to be removed.

When Google OAuth is used, the application may request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage. Details are published in our Privacy Policy and Google API Disclosure.
