Meta Business Verification in Bangladesh: What Changed in 2026

Delays still come from identity mismatch, not from a secret workaround.

Meta Business Verification remains one of the highest-stakes operational projects for brands that advertise or message customers from Bangladesh. This article is original practitioner analysis from IMRAN AHMED MOSHIO in Dhanmondi, Dhaka. It is not a Meta announcement and not a reprint of another publisher.

In 2026, the pattern we still see is simple: reviewers look for a legal identity that matches across the trade licence, Business Manager name, website, and domain email. Creative workarounds, rented Business Managers, and “instant verify” vendors remain a liability. Official product documentation lives on the Meta Business Help Center; our contribution is the Bangladesh operating reality around that documentation.

Why submissions stall in Dhaka

Most delays we audit start with mismatched spelling of the company name, an outdated address, a personal Gmail as the only admin identity, or a website that does not clearly state who operates it. A live site with About, Contact, Privacy Policy and a Dhaka office statement is not decoration. It is part of the same identity pack Meta already asks businesses to keep consistent.

Domain email (for example an address on the same domain as the public website) is a stronger authenticity signal than a free mailbox shared by three agencies. Unknown partner-business connections inside Business Manager are another frequent failure point. We remove those before a submission whenever the client can still control admin roles.

What a serious preparation file contains

  • Current trade licence and identification of authorized persons, using the same legal name that appears in Business Manager.
  • Website footer and contact page that state the public office location in Dhanmondi or elsewhere in Dhaka, without inventing a second headquarters.
  • Admin list limited to people who can actually be reached if Meta asks a follow-up.
  • Consistent spelling of the legal company name across Meta, the website, invoices and documents.

What we will not claim

We do not guarantee approval. Meta makes that decision. We also do not operate a fictional newsroom of “verification correspondents.” When IMRAN AHMED MOSHIO publishes on this topic, it is because we do this work for clients and we document the method, including the cases we decline.

A readiness assessment from Dhanmondi is priced in Bangladeshi Taka and scoped in writing. Contact ads@imranahmedmoshio.com or use the contact form with your Business Manager status and website URL.
